Wood plastic floor WPC

WPC combines the waterproofness and stability of LVT, and is also easy to install like laminate flooring.

1. Composition

WPC: Wood Plastic Composition=LVT Layer + WPC Core

The LVT layer and WPC layer of WPC are bonded by glue, and the peel strength is still very good, even better than the bonding strength of LVT's color film layer and matte sheet after hot pressing.

The stability of WPC is better than PVC:

The WPC floor is exposed to a high temperature of 80 degrees plus or minus 2 degrees for 6 hours, and then placed in a normal temperature of 23 plus or minus 2 degrees and a humidity of 50% for 24 hours.

The width shrinkage is 0.05%

Warpage: 0.25mm

2. Advantages of WPC
